About Us

S & S Sports Inc. of Ronan, Montana was founded by Wes and Gina Johnson in the fall of 1993. Customer satisfaction in sales and service are the foundation of our business which has expanded into a 10,000+ square-foot facility, making it one of the biggest in the region. We lost Wes in December of 2011. The variety of powersports equipment and marine products we carry give our customers a one-stop shop for all their land and water needs.

S & S Sports' slogan "We Sell Excitement" is exactly what we do. No matter the season or the product, we will always make every experience an enjoyable one. Having certified technicians is a high priority of S & S Sports so that your equipment is serviced right the first time. The staff of S & S Sports strive to make sure you are always satisfied when you leave the store.

S & S Sports opened a second store in May of 2010 in Thompson Falls, Montana to help service the needs of Sanders County. This store provides a service and repair shop, sales of new and used equipment and fishing gear from Bass Pro Shops. In May of 2014, the store expanded to add a full line of Husqvarna power equipment, including mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, pressure washers, snow blowers and accessories. We also sell hunting and fishing licenses.

In March of 2016 our Ronan store had a tragedy and burned to the ground. That is not stopping us! We spent a year and a half in a portable office and moved into our new store December 2017. We are excited for everyone to come in and see our new store. We have appreciated all of our customers understanding and loyalty during the rebuild.

We are an authorized dealer for Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Lynx, Tracker, Sun Tracker, Nitro, Tahoe, Regency, Mako, Ascend Kayaks, Husqvarna Power Equipment and Mercury Motors. We usually have a number of used items in stock in all makes and models.
